Privacy & your creative work
Account and project data
KREVIA stores your account profile, creative prompts, scripts, project metadata, video assets, subscriptions and credit history to provide the studio. Authentication is handled by Supabase, payment details by Stripe. Full card details are not stored by KREVIA.
Generation providers
Live generation sends relevant prompts to the configured script and video providers, and narration text to ElevenLabs. Each provider processes that data under its applicable terms and privacy policy. Avoid putting unnecessary sensitive personal data into a prompt.
Private assets and access
Project assets are stored privately and accessed through temporary signed links. Server-side ownership checks protect project actions and downloads. Public trend artwork and previews are published separately.
Cookies and analytics
Essential authentication cookies keep your session secure. Your creative draft and preferences may be saved locally in your browser. Optional PostHog analytics are enabled only when configured and you accept; no optional analytics are sent after declining.
Deletion and retention
You can request account deletion in Settings. Active or unresolved provider jobs must finish or be reconciled first. Your subscription is canceled and owned video assets are removed by a background cleanup job. Payment processors may retain records under their legal obligations.
