Terms of the creative studio
Your account
Use accurate account information, keep your password secure and verify your email before paid video generation. Do not share accounts to circumvent plan limits or submit unlawful or abusive content.
Subscriptions and credits
Plans are billed monthly or annually. Included credits refill monthly and do not roll over. Purchased credits are tracked separately. Tax is calculated at checkout where configured. The displayed creation price includes paid preparation and reserved video work. Clicking Generate starts the paid creation.
Generation and failures
AI results can vary and are not guaranteed to meet a particular creative or commercial outcome. Submitted paid work is not automatically refunded or replaced. Only unsubmitted work or supplier failures explicitly confirmed at zero cost release unused credits. Uncertain requests remain held; saved media can be recovered without repurchasing its generation.
Intellectual property
You remain responsible for rights to your inputs, references and publishing choices. Commercial rights to generated output depend on current provider terms and any rights in your inputs. KREVIA does not license third-party trademarks, characters, music or footage.
Canceling and deleting
You can manage a live subscription through Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation remains effective under the billing settings for your paid period. Account deletion cancels the subscription and permanently removes owned projects after background cleanup.
